Alpaca Barn | Romulus, NY

We assisted our customer with Architect selection and communicated customer driven parameters throughout the design phase to create a beautiful space on the Seneca County estate for their horses, alpaca’s and miniature donkeys to shelter in comfort during harsh winter days. Automatic watering devices in each stall with a hot water radiant heat floor system keeps the temperature at an even comfortable level throughout the heating season. The design considered convenience, upper-level bulk feed storage and low maintenance so the focus could be on the animals.
