The Big Barn | Romulus, NY

This is one of three structures we constructed for a repeat customer on their estate. Each structure was built for specific purposes. This large structure was to be storage for a personal collection, personal office and an entertaining/gathering space for friends and family. The main floor is roughly 6000SF with another 1690SF on the second floor & mezzanine level not including the catwalk etc.
